Our CS team takes care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met. A close collaboration with all our customers allows us to deliver and assist them in the best possible way.


Detailed planning

The purchasing department are our experts in terms of planning as it requires both internal and external input, but it also requires flexibility as things changes along the way. They know their brands in detail and are always up to date on the lastest information on the assortment.


Distribution from start to finish

Our skills and experience within imports, from the far east and Europe, including: clearance expertise, and country specific needs such as bonded warehouse for servicing Norwegian retailers (non-EU) allow us to offer a smooth and easy distribution process.
We have established contacts with major shipping and forwarding agents such as DSV, Schenker and UPS.

Our E-com department is responsible for both B2B and B2C.
Our B2B service is for retailers to easily place orders and see what is in stock.
We also operate a number of B2C sites.
We always strive to follow the latest trends and technologies. Therefore we think it is important to have an e-com team in-house to make sure that we market our brands online in the most effective way, but also to make sure we maximise our digital presence


Long experience in retail

On top of our wide distribution network, we also operate a number of owned stores ourselves. This gives us even more knowledge about our consumers shopping behavior, and allows us to keep up with trends so that we can better anticipate the consumer needs.
We also operate shop in shops at department stores, which is a great for brand building.

Our marketing department creates strong brand plans based on international guidelines and adapted to our local market to maximize coverage, visibility and reach. We always strive for excellence in execution in every activation and therefore we work closely with top agencies and partners across the different elements such as PR, digital, advertising and merchandising.
