About Eleven Paris

Created by Oriel Bensimhon and Dan Cohen, Elevenparis is a Parisian prêt-à-porter brand, presents on the international fashion scene since 2003.

Eleven Paris began in 2003 in a tiny building at number 11 in a little street in Paris. Here, among the piles of boxes and desks improvised from wooden trestle tables, two friends joined forces to launch their brand. Creativity was in full flow, ideas came together, the tension was palpable, but peals of laughter dominated the heart of this little office. Dan and Oriel spent most of their time at number «eleven», as they liked to call it. So much so that friends of the pair also began to use the nickname too. So, when it came to officially registering the brand name, there wasn’t a shadow of a doubt: it would be called ELEVEN. In 2008, ELEVEN became Eleven Paris.

Men, Women & Accessories collections, are founded on carefully designed contrasts: minimalist spirit, indie music references, sporty allure and seasonal inspirations work well within a wardrobe combining very creative garments with silk screened T-shirts.

Eleven Paris is also renowned for its communication campaigns with photo shoots bringing together iconic rock pairings and big-name photographers. In 2012, Eleven Paris flew to New York to work with Terry Richardson. A few months later, Iggy Pop, the famous punk pioneer was immortalised by the French photographer Mathieu César and in 2013 Lenny Kravitz became the new face of the brand. In 2014, Eleven Paris was celebrating its 11th birthday with the super model Kate Moss, in a campaign shooted by Craig McDean.

Through its heightened creativity and ultra-contemporary style, the brand rapidly seduced demanding international fashion customers, through a wholesale distribution and a network of 30 Eleven Paris boutiques in 2014.

Selected Brands took over the distribution in Sweden and Denmark in 2015.
